Proposal

As the couple celebrated their two-year anniversary since that fateful day at Piedmont Park, Billy started the day by bringing Liz balloons and gifts in the morning.

They first grabbed some breakfast at Highland Bakery and enjoyed the sunny day. Then Billy surprised Liz with a ride on the Ferris wheel in downtown Atlanta. Still unknowingly to Liz, Billy had been planning this very special day for a long time.

Billy then led Liz blind folded to a park where she had never been before. And they had a little picnic. Midway through the picnic, Billy gave Liz a book which chronicled their time together since they first began dating. In the book, Billy hid the ring in a secret compartment. After asking her to marry him, she said yes! Later that evening, there was a surprise dinner with family and friends from out of town and a karaoke night. The next day they had a brunch for their out of town guests and the weekend was completed.

On September 6th, 2014 Billy proposed to Liz at Lullwater Park in Atlanta, GA. This marked the beginning of their journey together to become one.
